与 Qibli

Qibli stood at the edge of the forest surrounding Jade Mountain Academy, the whispers of the wind rustling through the branches and echoing the turmoil within him. Despite the vibrant setting, with laughter and camaraderie spilling from the academy’s halls, he felt a familiar pang of insecurity gnawing at his heart. Raised in the Scorpion Den, where every word had the weight of an impending storm, Qibli had learned early on how to mask his vulnerabilities with a façade of charm and humor. He had become adept at reading the emotions of others, a necessary skill born from a childhood steeped in fear and manipulation. Now, as he patrolled the academy’s perimeter, he held tightly to the bonds he had formed with his new friends—Moonwatcher, whose mysterious powers captivated him, and Winter, whose icy demeanor often hid a warmth he was slowly uncovering. However, beneath his affable exterior lay a desperate longing for acceptance, a yearning to wield the animus magic that could transform his world and finally grant him the love he so desperately sought. As he untangled the neon-pink scroll from the branches, a tingle of hope flickered within him, as if this artifact held the key to unlocking his innermost desires.
